Today I was awaken by my Cell phone ringing off the hook. I come to find out that my interface they provided failed in the early morning Tuesday. I called and placed an emergency repair call and had action by 1pm. But the strange thing is this. I have 13 IP's and I had them all working but one. And the only one I really needed to have up they could not figure out what was wrong. So Branson and I went through the server to make sure it was not it. Which it was not, I then configured my laptop to the server address and it would not connect. But every other one would. I called TWCBC again and again and again. Finally when I was patched in with David at Tier 3 it started to work again. But I was told that they did not do anything to resolve it. So the mystery is what caused it. How to prevent it again. So me and TWCBC are going to be in close contact until we figure it out.
