As my son, AJ finishes his Cub Scouting Experience this Saturday. He will be bridging up to Boy Scout. This transition will be hard for me, as I am not sure I am ready to let him do things on his own.  As in Boy Scouts it is Boy lead and adult supervised. The adult leader only step in when there is a threat life or limb. GULP! I guess I will need to release the rains a little and let him use his own judgments. He is smart when he wants to use his brain, which he needs to continue to use it more frequently as he does not seem to use his better judgment all the time.

AJ, I hope you continue to grow and learn from the Scouting Experience and achieve your goal of Eagle Scout. You make me so proud when you do the right thing. I know you are still learning and trying new thing. And you think that me and your mom are so very strict on you and your sister. This is only because we Love You!, and want you to become the man that you are destined to be.
